The winners of the Open class of the 2022 Sony World Images Awards have been revealed.

Greater than 170,000 photos have been entered into this 12 months’s Open competitors, with over 100 photographers shortlisted.

Every winner will go on to compete for the general Open Photographer of the 12 months title and a $5,000 (£3,827) prize.
